Your projects, governed.
Your blind spots, caught overnight.
Plan projects. Govern delivery. Keep everyone informed. Let AI handle the administration — and every morning, Guddle tells you what you haven't noticed.
Start free See how it worksWhy projects drown
Most teams run projects one of three ways. Each works — right up until the week it matters.
The spreadsheet-and-chat muddle
Plans in a spreadsheet, decisions in chat, risks in someone's head. It works until the week it really matters — then nobody can say what was agreed, or when, or by whom.
The bloated enterprise suite
Per-seat pricing that punishes you for involving your own team, weeks of setup, and a methodology bolted on as an afterthought. Software that's hard to use doesn't get used.
The over-eager AI
Chat windows answer only when asked, and forget you between sessions. Agent platforms boast about hundreds of actions taken overnight — in your project, unsupervised. Neither is governance.
From a plain-English brief to a governed project
No setup marathon, no consultant, no spreadsheets. Describe the project the way you'd describe it to a colleague.
Paste your brief
Or hand it to Claude, if you use it. Guddle builds the project: stages with dates and budgets, risks with owners and responses, tasks, a business case — even the project board.
Run the work
Boards, registers, stage plans, meetings, reports. Everything your team touches is permission-scoped and audit-trailed, in the structure the PRINCE2® method describes.
Let it watch
While you're not looking, Guddle reviews what changed, notices what didn't happen, and puts findings in front of the right people. You decide; it never acts alone.
Governance you can point at
One real project, built from one pasted brief — photographed on the way through. Everything below is what you'd have ten minutes after signing up.
Risks that arrive managed
Each risk lands with an owner, the stage where it bites, and a suggested PRINCE2 response — before the project even exists.
A register a board would recognise
Scored, owned, filterable — and exportable as a branded PDF in one tap.
The PID writes itself
Definition, plan, organisation, risk approach — under your logo, not ours.
A business case that adds up
Reasons, benefits, timescale — with the budget reconciled to the stage plan.
The analyst, caught in the act
A real overnight finding — nobody asked for it. One tap turns it into a governed, owned risk.
Intelligence that matches how projects are actually run
The board, the project manager and the team need different things. Guddle gives each of them their own lens — automatically, on their schedule, scoped to what they're allowed to see.
The overnight analyst
Reviews your projects when they change. Drafts the risks you're missing, flags knock-on effects, notices what's gone quiet, asks the stage-gate questions a board would — each as a proposal you accept or dismiss in one tap.
The weekly digest
Manage by exception: budget position, stage progress against plan, tolerance status. When everything's fine it says so in one line — no manufactured news.
Your day, every morning
What's due, what's blocked, today's meetings — in your inbox before you've opened the app. No login, no hunting.
Workload, never scorecards
"Tom may need support; Priya may have capacity." Guddle helps managers help their team — it never ranks or scores people.
The control centre
Tune what the analyst raises — by kind, by severity. Off means off: a finding you've switched off is never even created.
Most nights: nothing
On a healthy project the analyst finds nothing — and says nothing. No manufactured insights, no daily noise to mute. The discipline is the product.

The line that never moves
AI in Guddle does the administration and the noticing. Humans keep the judgement. Every suggestion is a proposal; every change is attributed and audit-trailed.
- AI only ever sees what the person it's working for can see — enforced in the database, not the interface.
- Nothing is committed without a human decision. Accept, dismiss, or ignore.
- Every action — yours, your team's, or an AI's — lands in the project's progress log.
- UK data residency, encryption in transit and at rest, restricted projects for the sensitive stuff, export and deletion on demand.
Make your audit simple
Every change on the project — human or AI — lands in the progress log with who, what and when. When someone asks "who agreed this, and on what basis?", the answer is one filter away, not an afternoon of email archaeology.
Every question here has the same answer: yes
The things project people actually worry about.
- Can my client see the dashboard without a paid seat?
- Can I hide a sensitive project from the rest of the team?
- Can I see who changed what, and when — including the AI?
- Can it chase the things I've forgotten to chase?
- Can the board get an update without logging in?
- Can each team member get their own day each morning?
- Can I run it without any AI at all?
- Can I connect my own Claude?
- Can I switch off the parts of the intelligence I don't want?
- Can I export a client-branded PDF report?
- Can I take my data and leave whenever I like?
- Can I recover a project I deleted by mistake?

Worth asking
What does "guddle" mean?
It's a Scots word — to catch fish with your bare hands, and a lovely muddle. Projects arrive as a guddle; Guddle gets a firm grip on them.
Do I need my own AI?
No. Everything works without one — including "New project from brief", which runs on Guddle's own intelligence. Your own Claude is an optional power-up.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Project data sent to our AI provider is used only to produce your briefings and findings — never to train models. Full details on our Trust & security page.
Is this an official PRINCE2 product?
No — Guddle is an independent product aligned with the method. PRINCE2® is a registered trade mark of the PeopleCert group; we're not affiliated or endorsed.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Nothing dramatic. You'll be told, nothing is deleted, and if a plan lapses your data goes read-only until you're ready — it's never held hostage.
Can I really leave anytime?
Yes. Per-project export is built in, deletion is real (30-day recovery window, then gone), and there's no minimum term.
A chat window answers when you ask.
